The breakfast had a good variety of options and was enjoyable. the facilities were clean and well-maintained. the staff was friendly and provided good customer service.

The safe-deposit box in the room was too small for a laptop and was inconveniently located low to the floor. the internet connection was poor and there was difficulty in plugging in devices due to the limited cable outlets and their inconvenient placement.

The facilities and breakfast were lovely. Being right next door to a HUGE shopping mall was incredibly convenient. the staff went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the extra amenities offered, such as the spa and fitness center. the location was perfect, close to popular attractions and activities.

The kitchen area in the suite was disappointing as it lacked basic equipment like plates and cutlery. the coffee service was sometimes slow during our stay.

We loved the spacious and comfortable suites which also had a fabulous view of the city. The location next to a mall in a good neighbourhood was perfect for us, as we could walk around the quiet area at night. The staff was outstanding, and we appreciated their help with everything from arranging tours to ordering room service.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the Santa Fe Mall and the Strada Centre. The room was spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities such as a kitchenette and a large TV. The gym and sauna on the top floor were also nice amenities to have. The service from the staff was attentive and friendly.

The location was perfect, right next to a mall called Oviedo and in an upmarket safe area in El Poblado. It was so convenient to be just a short walk away from shopping and dining options. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes to choose from. We looked forward to starting our day with such a delectable meal.

The value for money at Novelty Suites was excellent. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, with great views of the city and mountains. During my recent stay at a hotel in Medellín, I had a wonderful experience at Novelty Suites. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a walk-in closet and seating area. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including fruits, bread, cereals, yoghurt. The location was convenient, within walking distance to a restaurant called Mercado Del Río and a 20-25 minute walk to the Poblado metro. The staff at the hotel were friendly and always available to assist, and I want to give a special shout-out to Alvaro in the restaurant for his exceptional service. I highly recommend staying at Novelty Suites for a great base in Medellín.

I travel every week for business and have stayed at several hotels in El Poblado. So far, this is the best hotel! The staff is amazing and deserves 10 points above all. The breakfast was delicious and the outdoor garden area was the perfect place to enjoy it. The location is great, easy walking distance to many restaurants and a short walk to metro stations. The two-bedroom suite had plenty of room and the bathroom facilities, especially the shower, were the best we've had. a fantastic hotel experience!
