We had a pleasant stay in a relatively upscale hotel. the spacious and comfortable room provided a quiet retreat, away from the bustling city. the restaurant was lovely, offering diverse and delicious meals. the hotel's key location was ideal, with an upscale mall nearby, providing convenient shopping and dining options. Additionally, the Poblado area felt very modern and safe, ensuring peace of mind during our city trip.

There were some downsides to our experience. the room furnishings appeared outdated and worn out, detracting from the overall ambiance.

The noise from outside can be bothersome, so be sure to bring ear plugs. the elevator can be slow, especially when there are tour groups staying at the hotel.
