The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we appreciated the little touches like the US sockets for charging our devices. The breakfast area outside was a lovely spot to start our day, and the AC in the rooms was a blessing during the heatwave. the Plaza Hotel Capitole Toulouse provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services during our stay.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The location of this place is absolutely perfect for people watching and being right across from a park with a double decker carousel and fountain. Plus, we were upgraded to a room overlooking the Christmas markets, which was an added bonus. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. This hotel exceeded my expectations in several categories. the cleanliness was impeccable throughout the hotel, from the rooms to the common areas. Secondly, the hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spacious and comfortable rooms with a king-sized bed. Additionally, the location right next to Capitol was fantastic, allowing easy access to all the main attractions of this vibrant city. Lastly, the staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to assist, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore all the Christmas markets and attractions that were nearby.

The hotel did not have on-site parking, so we had to park in a nearby underground parking lot. This was inconvenient and expensive.

The location was excellent, right on the Place du Capitole. the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. Despite facing the Rue de Gambetta, noise was not an issue. the air conditioning worked well, and the shower was excellent. the staff were friendly and helpful, even adjusting our minibar charges without any hassle. a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
