As youngsters, we loved the amazing staff who helped us with dinner arrangements every day. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious options. The location was perfect for exploring the city center and nearby restaurants. Plus, it was so convenient being close to the highway for easy access to other places.

My stay at Hotel Greif was absolutely wonderful. I visited Bolzano for a few days and the hotel's unbeatable location made it the perfect choice. The charming old building with modern interior, spacious rooms with insane views of Walther Square, and the nicest staff I've ever encountered were all highlights of my stay. The room was tastefully decorated and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The pool and bar at the hotel's affiliate were also great additions to my stay.

As young families, we loved the spacious and well-appointed rooms at the hotel. The comfortable beds, robes, and slippers made us feel right at home. The fabulous view from our room was a bonus. The prepared-to-order breakfast was a hit, offering delicious menu options. The reception staff were gracious and prompt, providing excellent service. The thoughtful gifts of apple juice, nuts, and fruit cake cookies were a nice touch.

This hotel is in the perfect location, right on the main square in the heart of the historic center of Bolzano. The view from my room was absolutely stunning. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to meet any requests I had. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options.

The room was spacious with a great bathroom layout. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Laundry service was efficient. Breakfast options exceeded expectations, especially the fresh fruit. Great location.

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city. We loved being able to explore the old town and visit nearby cafes and shops. Additionally, the hotel offered a large underground parking garage, which was convenient for guests. This made it easy for us to park our car and have direct access to the hotel.

One downside was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. On a warm evening, it was difficult to sleep comfortably without it.

The breakfasts were delicious and the room was huge with a sauna in the bathroom. The green area had a beautiful old pool and patio dining. The receptionists were exceptional, fluent in many languages and very helpful. Excellent location in the city center, tastefully decorated accommodations, and a comfortable bed in the junior suite. The reception desk was very helpful in making restaurant reservations and the chosen restaurant was one of the best. Well-appointed and spacious room with a fabulous view. Delightful gifts and a superb breakfast with fresh fruit and pastries.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at a hotel in Bolzano. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with the bedding changed every day, which is a rare treat for a 4-star hotel. The breakfast spread was fit for a king, offering a wide variety of vegetables, fruits, yogurts, breads. The staff was incredibly cordial and helpful, taking care of all our requests, including storing our bicycles, despite not having a designated room for them.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, helpful and polite staff, pleasant rooftop bar, swimming pool and fitness center, highly recommended breakfast buffet.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the terrace, where we could relax and take in the views of the city. The breakfast offerings were varied and delicious, setting us up for a day of exploring.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Had a great New Year experience at this hotel. the complementary breakfast was a highlight, with an extensive selection of food. the location was perfect, being within easy walking distance of the train station and university. We also enjoyed the artistic decor throughout the hotel.

The TV in the room had poor resolution and no English news channels. the noise from outside, particularly during the Christmas Market, made it difficult to sleep without ear plugs.

We had a very relaxed and enjoyable stay at Hotel Grief. Their hospitality was professional, helpful, and overall excellent. It was worth traveling for one night and the stay was unquestionably worth the amount paid for. the cleanliness was superb, and the staff members were friendly, approachable, and always wore a smile. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of food, and we particularly enjoyed the fresh and local cheese. the location of the hotel is very convenient. Highly recommended!
