I had an unplanned stay at this hotel and needed laundry done urgently. The staff went above and beyond and handwashed all of my clothes overnight. They were delivered to me nicely folded, although still a bit damp. Additionally, the location was in a quiet part of the city and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel.

Great location close to the city center and private parking available. Good breakfast offered in the morning with coffee and juices.

No elevator in the building, making it difficult for people with mobility issues. the bathroom was dirty and poorly maintained.

Location in quieter part of town, tolerable traffic noise. Energy conservation focus; requested turning off TV, AC, lights. Delicious Colombian breakfast with eggs, coffee, bread, juice. Cold water showers in line with local norms. Friendly staff, provided room introduction and internet access help. Clean and tidy room and bathroom upon return.

Quiet location, delicious breakfast, energy conservation efforts, friendly staff, clean rooms and bathrooms.
