The beach access was convenient and the secure area with lounge chairs and umbrellas was a bonus. The friendly service in the restaurant made us feel welcome. The separate swimming pool for children was perfect for families.

The back massages were invigorating and the lounge area was peaceful. The convenient beach access and sun terrace made our trip even more unforgettable. We enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant and appreciated the private facilities that were included.

The only minor issue we faced was that the pool was somewhat crowded and finding a free sun lounger was difficult. Nevertheless, this did not detract from our stay and we still had an incredible time.

I stayed here for a treat on my last night in Colombia. Check-in and check-out flexibility was great. The rooms are spacious and the TV issue was quickly resolved. Two modern and clean sunbathing areas are available, along with a nice beach area. Room service was efficient and the buffet breakfast was delicious. The staff, especially the concierge, Maya, and the restaurant server, Brando. The 10th-floor spa, gym, and jacuzzis were a plus, along with excellent wifi and a separate pool for children.
