The stay was sweet as, with a comfy room and heaps helpful staff! But the breakfast could do with more variety—kinda limited choices for fussy eaters. Still, a nice spot!

Arrive during daylight hours for safer access through the mall. late-night arrival might feel less secure due to nearby noise.

the elevator was full of trash, which I just couldn’t believe. my sofa bed cushions were stained, like a hotel should absolutely have cleaner furniture. I thought I’d at least get a complimentary drink or something, but no, I received nothing for my troubles. I almost gave a good review until I noticed this lack of concern.

I loved my weekend stay as it was just a short stroll to the Cross County Shopping Center, where I could grab a quick bite and do some window shopping, and I also enjoyed having Willson's Woods Park nearby for a peaceful escape with beautiful green views during my walks.

This place is right in the thick of it, mate! The staff were all smiles and proper helpful. Brekkie was a treat, but the pillows were a bit too stiff for me. Still, loved me stay!

Housekeeping could be more consistent!!! The elevators often feel slow, and the outdated furniture gives a neglected vibe!!! The pool maintenance requires urgent attention, as it's not consistently clean!!! Internet connectivity is spotty, which is frustrating!!!

Loved the polite front desk and those pillows were divine! The bathroom was excellent, and the room had a comfy sofa bed, perfect for lounging after a long day of shopping.

However, I felt like I was playing hide and seek with the amenities—could've used a treasure map! Also, the breakfast crowd was like a wild stampede—get there early or risk a food fight!

Great location next to a shopping mall with 14+ restaurants🌟! Staff were beyond helpful, and cleanliness was top-notch! Easy access to Fordham University made our trip a breeze. Breakfast included made mornings super smooth.

One night, I even needed earplugs due to some mechanical noise from my room. However, I appreciated that the property was secured, allowing only guests to access the main areas. I found myself relaxing with my partner in the shared lounge after a day of exploring. Perfect destination for a couple like us looking for Americana experiences.

the hotel has a solid breakfast with real dishware instead of disposables. the elevator can be a pain to access, only working with a scan of your room key.
