It was right in the heart of the old town, making it super convenient to explore all the historic places, malls, and markets. Another great thing about this hostel was the friendly and helpful staff. They always greeted me with a warm smile and were eager to assist me with anything I needed. One staff member in particular went above and beyond to help me book a cheaper and faster flight to my next destination. It made my travel experience so much easier.

One thing I disliked about my stay at this hostel was the limited WiFi connection in the rooms. It wasn't a big problem during the day, as I mostly used the common areas, but it would have been nice to relax in the air-conditioned rooms with WiFi at night.

We had an incredible time at the hostel! the facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool, comfortable rooms, and a relaxing courtyard. the cocktails made by the bartender were the best in town and the staff, especially Stefanie, Hector, Daniel, Jesus. the breakfast was delicious, with two great options to choose from. the location was perfect and the staff was always willing to assist us. it felt like home during our three-week stay.

The hostel had the most comfortable beds I've experienced during my travels, with pod-style dorms that ensured a great night's sleep. The room was spacious and clean, with ample hanging space for clothes and towels. The staff at the reception were exceptional, especially Luis, Stefany, and Laura, who went above and beyond to make me feel at home and helped me with various things. The common area had a great seating arrangement that made it easy to meet other travelers, and the hostel had a bar and pool that were also very nice. The daily activities, such as cooking and salsa dancing, were a fantastic way to interact with other guests. the service, facilities, and location of this hostel were outstanding.

I had such a great time at Republica Hostel! I stayed there three times during my travels in Colombia. The staff was lovely, friendly, and amazing. The facilities were very nice, and the beds were comfy with a bit more privacy than other dorms. It's a great place to meet new people, with daily activities and parties. The location is unbeatable, and they have a nice patio and pool. The staff tried their best to make us feel at home, and the AC worked well. Thank you, Republica Hostel, for making us feel welcomed! We will be back.

I had an amazing value for my money at this hostel! The dorm beds were comfortable and provided a lot of privacy with their unique "wall" design. The hostel had a great Caribbean vibe and the staff, especially Louis and Stephanie, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to everything, and I always felt safe. The common areas were great and there were plenty of opportunities to meet other guests. The air conditioning was quiet and effective, and I loved the colorful plants throughout the hostel. The little terrace was a lovely spot to relax and chat.

The breakfast selection could have been better with more options, but everything else was top-notch!

The dormitory beds were comfortable and had individual lights and sockets, which was convenient. the rooftop view was amazing and the pool bar downstairs was a great place to relax and meet other travelers. Plus, the staff, especially Sebastian, were extremely helpful and friendly.

The bathrooms and toilets lacked privacy and were not very clean. the kitchen personnel were unfriendly and the kitchen itself was not well-maintained.
