We had an incredible stay at Portrait Roma. The value for money was excellent and our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, and the staff treated us with kindness and professionalism throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable, helping us with organizing tours and dinner reservations. We truly felt at home with their personalized service.

Food for breakfast could have had more variety.

We stayed at Portrait Roma for our wedding anniversary and were blown away by the service and attention to detail. The location was perfect and the hotel's decor was sophisticated and clean. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with a kitchenette and even a walk-in wardrobe. The breakfast was wonderful, with a stunning view of old Roma, and the Colombian attendant, Andrés, made our experience truly special. The rooftop bar was a beautiful spot for a pre-dinner drink. We highly recommend Portrait Roma for a romantic and unforgettable stay.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, offering a romantic ambiance. it was the best hotel experience of our lives, feeling like a privileged guest in a private house.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the luxury shopping area and just a short walk from the famous Spanish Steps. The breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

One downside of the hotel was the price, as it was quite expensive. Additionally, the rooms were on the smaller side, which may not be suitable for those who prefer more spacious accommodations.

The staff at the hotel were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make our Christmas stay memorable. They greeted us by name and even surprised us with a birthday cake and balloons. the location of the hotel was perfect, being close to major attractions and in a central area. the top terrace provided breathtaking panoramic views of the city, making it a romantic spot to relax.

The rooms were not as spacious as we had hoped for. It would have been nice to have more room to move around, especially during the holiday season when we had more luggage with us.
