This hotel is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like VIPs. They were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. The attention to detail was superb. We loved the personalized pre-stay questionnaire, where we could customize our preferences, and it was so lovely to be greeted by name and with birthday wishes. The location couldn't be better, right next to high-end stores like Hermes, and just a short walk away from all the major attractions. The rooms were beautifully decorated with nice amenities, and we had an amazing view from our window. The breakfast spread was top-notch, with delicious pastries and croissants that we couldn't get enough of. We were truly impressed by the value for money and the overall quality of this hotel.

They greeted us by name and even surprised us with a birthday cake and balloons. the location of the hotel was perfect, being close to major attractions and in a central area. the top terrace provided breathtaking panoramic views of the city, making it a romantic spot to relax.
