We loved the location of the hotel, with only hotel guests and a calm, beautiful sea nearby. The staff, especially Javier and Caesar, were very nice and helpful. The hotel had plenty of empty benches and hammocks, perfect for relaxing. The wifi was reliable, room service was good, and we enjoyed the delicious food. The back, head, and full body massages at the spa were incredibly relaxing. The Turkish bath was a unique and rejuvenating experience. The spa and wellness centre allowed for some much-needed self-care. The leisure/TV room was a great place to unwind. The express check-in/out and VIP check-in/out made our stay hassle-free. The various activities such as hiking, fishing, snorkelling, diving, and wind surfing kept us entertained. The aqua park was a fun addition. The beach access and private beach provided a secluded and picturesque spot to soak up the sun. The sun loungers and beach umbrellas were a nice touch for relaxation. The children's menu and board games made the hotel family-friendly. The wheelchair access was appreciated. The fact that pets were allowed was a big plus. The non-smoking rooms ensured a clean and fresh environment. our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing, and we would highly recommend it to others!

Weak wifi in the rooms.

The location is beautiful on the coast. You can walk to a free sandy beach about 30 minutes away. The staff were nice and the food was excellent.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location with beautiful sea views. They offer free kayaks for guests to use and there is a guy who organizes great day tours at reasonable prices. The food at the hotel was excellent, although there were no desserts available. The staff, including the cooks and service personnel, were incredible and provided wonderful service. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable, with amazing beds. it was a great stay with a nice and calm environment, perfect for a relaxing vacation.

We absolutely loved our stay at this eco-friendly hotel! The best aspects were the beautiful facilities, with clean rooms and a great kitchen and bar. The hotel staff, especially Cesar, were incredibly accommodating and attentive, providing excellent food and drink service. The tours organized by the hotel were also incredible, thanks to the knowledgeable and friendly tour guide, Denilson. The manager, Karime, stood out as the best hotel manager we have ever encountered. She was kind, genuine, and always had our best interest at heart. We highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful staff, great facilities, and convenient access to the water.
