The location was perfect, just a short distance from the airport and with its own beautiful beach. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and fitness gym, were top-notch. We also appreciated the convenience of having car parkings and the option to rent motorbikes without giving up our passports. The staff were the highlight of our stay, with their exceptional politeness and friendliness.

Located on Chaweng beach, the hotel offers a convenient location for exploring Koh Samui. The resort sits on a hill, providing stunning views of the sea. Guests can enjoy a delicious meal at the Ocean Kiss restaurant, which is located right on the seafront. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern bathrooms and excellent service. The breakfast is amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The facilities at the resort are top-notch, including a spa and yoga classes.

The hotel's restaurants lack air conditioning, which can make dining in the hot weather uncomfortable.

The room upgrade was a pleasant surprise, with a larger size and shared pool. Apple's excellent service made our stay unforgettable. Sunny and Aimy from reception were very helpful throughout our visit. Thank you all!

Amazing stay with exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to take care of my husband who had an accident and needed surgery. They even provided food parcels and a ride in the hotel car. The kindness of the staff truly exemplified the spirit of this lovely island's population. I highly recommend this hotel.

the exclusive amenities and personalized service made me feel like royalty. the Spa & wellness center provided the best body scrub and massage I have ever had. the outdoor swimming pool and beach access were just what I needed to relax. the restaurant's breakfast and dinner were delicious and offered a variety of options.

The only minor issue I found was that the room did not have enough sun loungers. One more would have been ideal.

Loved the complementary airport transportation and room upgrade promotion. the resort’s spectacular greenery and stream impressed me and the pool access rooms were stunning. the breakfast was great with a vast selection of food and drinks. the service was outstanding with polite and welcoming staff.

The bed was not very comfortable and the room was not spotlessly clean. the sink was semi-blocked and the iron was not clean.

I absolutely loved my stay at this resort! The value for money was excellent, and our room was spacious and luxurious with a private plunge pool. The location was perfect, close to the airport and a mall. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, helping us with scooter rentals, boat bookings, and other activities. The breakfast could have been better with some improvements in the food quality. Though the staff were very nice, their English level was average and sometimes they got confused with information.
