Awesome staff and great location

Super convenient spot in downtown Chicago! The staff were awesome, especially Antwonne and Sarah, who really helped us feel at home. Loved the pool on the 17th floor and everything was clean and comfy. Only bummer was the expensive breakfast with all the separate charges, but still a great place to stay.

As a backpacker, I loved the warm and welcoming staff who made me feel at home. The spa suite upgrade was amazing, with an unmatched bathroom and tub. Great location near the loop and a red line stop. Spotless hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms. Beautiful pool, rooftop patio, and lobby lounge. Loaned us umbrellas and bicycles. a highly recommended experience.
