The hotel also provided an airport shuttle service.

We had a great experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was very convenient, as it was close to the National University of Colombia and along an urban motorway. The hotel staff provided excellent service, from the 24-hour room service to the efficient bell staff/porter. The room was clean and comfortable, with amenities such as a mini-bar and an in-room safe. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries and the flat-screen TV with cable/satellite television.

Families would especially enjoy their stay here.

The airport shuttle service was excellent. Nice staff. Quiet rooms facing the inner court. Wifi was quite all right. Healthy breakfast with good options. Friendly staff, even with my bad Spanish. Great view from the 6th floor.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, there were a couple of things that I really liked. the hotel offered free transfer from the airport, which was a huge convenience. Secondly, the breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. I especially loved the fresh squeezed orange juice. It was a nice way to start my day. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was easy to get to and from the airport, and there were several big malls nearby for shopping and entertainment.
