The location near Plaza 93 is convenient, although by US standards the neighborhood may seem questionable. The hotel is close to public transport that goes to La Cadelaria, allowing for easy exploration of the city. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with nice linens and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet is decent, though not exceptional. it's a good choice for a stay in this area.

The Sunday I was there, no restaurants in the area were open late.

The staff at this hotel are amazing and really make you feel welcome. They are willing to assist with anything and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable. The front desk staff were particularly great.

The staff went above and beyond to provide the best service possible. We were impressed with their happy and helpful attitude. The room was spacious and bright, just like the photos. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities like a flat-screen TV, in-room safe, and tea and coffee facilities. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was always clean thanks to the efficient housekeeping service. We also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival.
