We just spent a delightful week at the Bitacora with our family of four. Our room, 624, had a breathtaking view of the sea and pool. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was top-notch. The facilities were immaculate, and the pool and playground were a hit with our children. The entertainment provided by the animation team was fantastic, and the food offerings were truly exceptional with something for everyone. The hotel's central location was also a big plus. We can't wait to come back next year. Thank you, Bitacora Hotel and your amazing staff!

My partner and I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Tenerife. We were greeted with excellent service, including an early check-in and a room with a great view. the staff went above and beyond to take care of us throughout our stay, even offering to get us breakfast before we checked out. the pool and pool bar were fantastic, providing entertainment and a small buffet of delicious food. the location was perfect, offering privacy but still being just a short walk away from nightlife and shops. the all-inclusive drinks and spacious, clean rooms added to our enjoyable experience. the Spring Hotel Bitacora made our week one of the best of our lives.

Guests can enjoy the vibrant restaurant scene and explore the nearby shops and mini markets. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable stay for guests. the hotel offers a range of facilities such as two pools, including one with a slide, a children's park with a football pitch, and daytime entertainment for all ages.
