We had a fantastic time at Aura Hotel! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, always making sure we were comfortable. The amenities were great, with kayaks and a stand up paddleboard available for free. Our kids had a blast playing volleyball and ping pong, and the private beach was just steps away from our cozy room. The food was amazing too!

Fresh fruit bowls and müsli and cereal for breakfast. Nice view on the sea bay from the 2nd floor. Funny surprise with the steam cooker for eggs. English instructions would be helpful. Very clean and tidy beach every morning.

Spent Christmas at a hotel and it was just like in the movies! Loved the free boat ride to another island with perfect beaches. Best part was having access to stand up boards, kayaking, and beach games. Complementary umbrellas with thick beds to cuddle on and watch the sunsets was great, and the restaurant had great food. Staff was always friendly and helpful and the hotel's location made it easy to relax.

Only negative was the lack of choice for water - you had to buy their small bottles, which wasn't ideal on hot days.

The rooms are comfortable and the service provided by the friendly staff is exceptional. Guests can start their day with a delicious breakfast while enjoying the view of the white sand larger beach. Additionally, the hotel offers various facilities and room advantages, as mentioned by satisfied guests in their reviews.

Some guests have reported that the language skills of the staff could be improved, as not all of them speak English fluently.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Cartagena. the room was large with a good-sized shower and a nice balcony with a lovely view. the hotel made the best of its location and provided comfortable seating areas on the small beach. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the great outlook onto the sea and islands, as well as the delicious breakfasts. the hotel also offered various activities like stand-up boards, kayaking, and a free boat ride to another island with beautiful white beaches and crystal blue water. it was a wonderful experience and we wish we had booked two nights instead of just one.
