I had a great experience at this centrally located apartment hotel. the receptionists were kind and the room was clean and spacious. the bathroom was nice, and I appreciated having a washing machine with a working dryer. the kitchen was equipped enough for me to make my own meals, and I found everything I needed for breakfast at the nearby Carrefour. the staff even provided a crib for my baby, although it was a bit small for my 2-year-old toddler. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Kempinski the One Suites Hotel Downtown.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel, it's right near Nanjing Road and within walking distance of the top tourist destinations. The airport is a bit on the expensive side, but the convenience is worth it. The HKRI mall is also close by, so plenty of shopping options. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city skyline.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The comfortable bed and pillows in the apartment were remarkable. The two TV screens in the bedroom and lounge were a nice touch. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to get to many places. The staff, especially the friendly and helpful housekeepers, made our stay even better. They were always available to assist us with any requests or questions. we enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit.

Room had some nice amenities and a decent view. Location was very convenient for exploring the city and there were some good restaurants nearby. Also enjoyed the free drink vouchers and complimentary shuttle service to the airport.

The staff were not very friendly or helpful, and there were some issues with the cleanliness of the room and common areas. the soundproofing was poor and there were a lot of noisy disturbances during the night.
