We had a great experience at this beach resort. the food was authentic and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the check-in process was simple and the view from our room on the 6th floor was amazing. the hotel was clean everywhere and the pool area was really nice. We also enjoyed the local nightlife in the area. It was a family-friendly resort and perfect for traveling with children. We even did a day trip to playa cristal, which was arranged through the travel agency at the hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the stunning ocean view from the hotel. It was breathtaking to wake up every morning and see the waves crashing on the beach. The hotel also had a huge pool right on the beach, which was perfect for lounging and enjoying the sun. Additionally, the staff were extremely pleasant and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

It took quite a while to get drinks and food, and we often had to go looking for the staff. Another downside was the uncomfortable double bed in our room.

We liked the complementary drink and snack upon our arrival, and also the fruit basket that was provided in our room. the hotel is situated in a great location which is good for exploring the area. One of the best aspects was the breathtaking view of the beach from the balcony.

It was quite off-putting and made us feel very uncomfortable. the reception staff were very unprofessional and rude, especially during check-in.

The staff is exceptional, providing exceptional hospitality. The hotel breakfast offers delicious Caribbean gastronomy. The pool is lovely and the direct access to the private beach is perfect. If you want a good beach holiday in Colombia, this is your place. The suite we stayed in was spacious and gave us the privacy we needed. Love that all rooms face the ocean. The helpfulness of the beach guard in setting up our tent was much appreciated. it was a great stay and I would definitely return to this hotel.
