The staff at the concierge desk went above and beyond to make our trip memorable, securing last-minute reservations at a top sushi restaurant and accommodating our requests. The rooftop bar had stunning views and a classy atmosphere. The rooms were clean and functional, though slightly dated. The hotel's proximity to the train station and nearby attractions was very convenient. I highly recommend Nikko for a classy and convenient stay in Kanazawa.

It was also right across from the main train station, where we could take the essential touring loop bus to most attractions in the city. We found this very convenient as it saved us time and made it easy to explore the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a variety of in-house restaurants and a comfortable foyer with sofas to relax in between our explorations. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Great Escape from a Typhoon

We were caught in a typhoon while in Tokyo and had to find a last-minute accommodation. Thankfully, we found Hotel Nikko in Kanazawa, which turned out to be a great decision. The hotel's high-rise structure and underground passages made us feel safe during the storm. We even had panoramic views of the city while watching the typhoon. The staff was friendly and spoke English, and the hotel's proximity to the train station and an upscale shopping mall made it convenient for us to retreat from the typhoon without having to venture outside. I highly recommend this hotel for its safety and convenience during unexpected circumstances.
