The hotel has a great location, right in the heart of the old city. This made it easy for us to explore all the historic sites and attractions nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful tips and recommendations during our stay. the rooms were spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and nice amenities. the rooftop terrace was a highlight, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. We also enjoyed the pool and pool bar, which had a good selection of drinks.

The pool was a bit small and not very deep, making it difficult to swim. It was more suitable for cooling down rather than actual swimming.

The hotel is located in the center of the old walled city, making it convenient to explore the historic attractions. It is also right next to the San Diego plaza, which is home to many excellent restaurants where you can indulge in delicious meals. In addition, the hotel is close to everything, allowing you to easily access shops, cafes, and other amenities. Furthermore, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean and modern, with comfortable bedding and nice toiletries. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lovely rooftop pool, cabanas, and plenty of lounge chairs for guests. The rooms were beautifully decorated, with a great atmosphere and jazz music playing upon arrival. The bed was incredibly comfortable, one of the best we've ever slept in. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, always there to assist with any small problems. The pool was amazing, perfect for relaxing in Cartagena's heat. The hotel also provided nice drinks and excellent service. a wonderful stay!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better - right in the center of the walled city, close to everything while still being quiet at night. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to take care of me. The room was spacious and stylish, and it was always cleaned impeccably. This hotel also had great facilities, with a wonderful bar/lounge/restaurant area. it was a fantastic experience.

Great location near the beach. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The decor is sophisticated and stylish. The food, especially the South American wines, was impressive. Enjoyed the sunset view by the pool.
