The spa facilities could use some improvement.

our recent visit to london was made even more enjoyable thanks to the cozy and charming atmosphere of idlewyld inn. the staff's kindness and competence, along with the delicious meals and high-quality shower, exceeded our expectations. the beautiful front gardens and superb outdoor dining options added to the exceptional experience. we were also pleased with the convenient location, just minutes away from the city center and university.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was outstanding. From the beautifully decorated rooms with some original features, to the comfortable beds that ensured a great night's sleep, this hotel really knows how to make guests feel pampered. The location in a nice neighborhood was perfect - quiet and residential, yet still easily accessible. The view from the front of the Inn was simply lovely, overlooking a beautiful garden that added to the overall charm of the place. And to top it all off, having breakfast included was a real treat. It definitely felt like a luxurious touch that added value to my stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this stunning inn and spa! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach. The complementary hot chocolate and cookies were a nice touch during Christmas time, especially since it was snowing outside. the hotel was located in a quiet and secluded area, which made for a peaceful stay. the fireplace in the room added to the cozy ambiance of the holidays.

Some of the details in the room were lacking, such as the broken closet door and the outdated decor. the heat in the room was difficult to regulate, which made it too warm at times.
