We didn't want to leave and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel facilities, including the pool and spa, were excellent. Moreover, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my son's safety and comfort. They provided first aid and even arranged for medical attention when needed. They also surprised us with a birthday cake and allowed my son to call his mother without any additional charges.

The breakfast buffet was extensive, catering to all tastes. The evening menu at the restaurant was original, with a wide variety of dishes. The resort staff were incredibly helpful throughout our visit.

We enjoyed the convenience of the shuttle bus into the town and found the taxi service to be affordable. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and there were plenty of recommendations and activities to enjoy. the breakfast selection was plentiful and the pool area was well-maintained. it was a wonderful base for exploring the area.

We found the food and drink costs at the hotel to be a bit too high. It would have been nice to have more affordable options, especially for dinner.

The rooms are lovely and spacious, with whirlpool tubs. The shuttle service to Old Hoi An town is convenient.

This hotel is a little far from the old town of Hoian. However, the free shuttle service provided by the hotel makes it convenient to visit the town, so it's not really an issue.
