Gorgeous lakeside bungalows with complete privacy, lovely and attentive staff, excellent food, stunning terrace views, and a cozy whirlpool and fire pit for nighttime relaxation. Beautifully designed with a super comfortable bed, this is definitely one of the best hotels to stay in while visiting El Piedra de Penol and Guatape.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was breathtaking, with lush green surroundings and a stunning lake view. The room was cozy and well-equipped, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was clean and modern, with hot water available at all times. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, providing outstanding service and catering to our every need. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the complimentary boat ride on the lake, adding to the overall experience. We can't wait to come back and enjoy the tranquility of this amazing place!

The noise from neighboring cabins at night, as we could hear the music from another cabin quite loudly.

Spent Xmas in a lodge with a stunning view, equipped with a cozy bath tub on the terrace, and got complimentary fruit bowls for breakfast. The staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay.

The check-in process took too long, with no updates on the status provided for 40 minutes. The hot water didn't work in the morning, making it difficult to take a comfortable shower.

The luxurious amenities that were provided during my stay here was beyond impressive. From the exclusive room advantages to the stunning sun terrace and garden area, I was thrilled with my experience. The in-room breakfast and outdoor dining area were both fantastic, and the staff made sure that every need was met promptly. The restaurant and bar/lounge area provided excellent service with high-quality food and drinks, making for a great evening.

The public bath was a bit of an issue during my stay at this hotel. Though well-maintained, there were many guests occupying the bath, and it was a bit difficult to find a moment of privacy.

Our private cabin had a stunning view, a hot tub and a fireplace. The food was amazing and room service was prompt. We enjoyed kayaking and the free boat tour. We were disappointed about the lack of gluten-free options at breakfast and poor service at lunch, but overall we would recommend this hotel.
