The hostel was well designed and comfortable, with great shared spaces such as the bar/restaurant, lounge area, and kitchen. The staff were super friendly and spoke good English, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was big, clean, and comfortable, and the WiFi was consistent and fast. the hostel had everything I needed and was a great place to meet people and organize tours and activities.

We had a fantastic stay at the Cranky Croc! the location was great, and we felt very secure with the hostel's strict control on who entered and left. the breakfast and dinner options were incredibly delicious, cooked to perfection. the cleanliness of the toilets and bathrooms was impeccable. the staff was friendly and helpful, creating a nice and welcoming atmosphere. the hostel offered a good balance between social areas and quiet spaces. We appreciated the free towel and the convenience of being able to charge our drinks and food to the room. it couldn't have been better!

I recently stayed at The Cranky Croc in Bogota for a week. The private airport shuttle was seamless and the food was excellent. I loved that I could pay for everything at check-out and the bed was clean and comfortable. The staff, especially Andy the owner, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and markets. The hostel offered great social activities and the bar/restaurant had delicious food at reasonable prices.
