The staff at the hotel were not very helpful in resolving technical issues with the room's heating system.

Great experience with this hotel. The location is perfect, just in-between two subway stations and close to many restaurants. The room was amazing with a stunning view of the city. My king bed was very comfortable and I was even upgraded to a higher level. Breakfast was also great, with lots of options to choose from.

As a young family, we loved the perfect combination of facilities and amenities offered at this hotel. The extremely good value for money, convenient location, and easy access in and out made our stay hassle-free. We appreciated the presence of nearby convenience stores and a 24-hour local Korean restaurant, perfect for late-night cravings. The housekeeping staff, who spoke English, was simply amazing, providing excellent service.

The free glass of champagne upon arrival was a nice touch and the view from the balcony was spectacular. the hotel is situated close to the main square which made it easy to get around. the breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of choices.

The room was not properly cleaned and there were stains on the bedding. the staff seemed uninterested and didn't go out of their way to offer help or advice.
