I recently had an unexpected car issue while traveling to Green Bay for a Packers game. We hit a deer and our vehicle was severely damaged. Thankfully, we found shelter at Americinn in Waupun. The General Manager, Andrew, went above and beyond to help us. He personally drove us the next morning to rent a car, even though it was out of his way. His compassion and kindness turned our disaster into a trip of a lifetime. Thank you, Andrew! I will never forget your amazing customer service. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding service.
