Nothing for me.

The staff quickly resolved any issues I had, such as a low battery in the door lock. The rooftop pool area was a highlight. The hotel is clean and offers free wifi, CCTV surveillance, and 24-hr security. Breakfast is included and satisfying. I recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, with the rooms and common areas always being well-maintained. The hotel facilities were modern and top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating, always willing to assist and spoke some English. The location was ideal, close to a variety of restaurants and bars, making it convenient for dining and entertainment options. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a great selection of food.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. the view from the room was beautiful as it overlooked the city. the rooftop pool was the perfect place to relax in the sun.

The room was very noisy. the walls were thin and we could hear the people in the neighboring rooms and in the hallway.

The AC in our room at Hotel Toscana Plaza worked perfectly, keeping us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. Some areas, such as the pool and reception, could benefit from better staff management for an overall enhanced experience. Breakfast service could also be more attentive.

During my Easter getaway, I found two major factors that made my stay enjoyable. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was situated close to major attractions and amenities, allowing easy access to everything I needed. Secondly, the hotel offered a 24, hour front desk service, which was really convenient, especially for late check, ins or any requests I had during my stay.

There were a few aspects of my stay that left me disappointed. the room was smaller than I expected, which made it feel a bit cramped.
