The location of the hotel was great, conveniently close to the main attractions and with nice views of the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with carrying our bags and providing room service. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options and was available until noon, which was a nice convenience.

The beds, pillows, and linen were not very comfortable, and the bedding was not warm enough. There were no hand towels or rugs in the bathroom, making the floor very slippery.

The staff was really friendly and always smiling. The hotel is within walking distance to downtown. Prices at the restaurant were reasonable and the food was good. The location of the hotel is convenient to main attractions.
