Extended my stay due to the wonderful service from Edinson, Juan David, and Alfonso. Will definitely return on my next trip to Colombia.

The room was cozy and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Despite some minor issues with the WiFi signal, I was able to complete my work in the lobby. I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I felt safe during my time here. They even provided me with someone to show me around town and get me to my destinations safely. The level of service provided by Edinson, Juan David, and Alfonso was outstanding and truly made my stay memorable. I was so impressed with their hospitality that I extended my stay for an additional 4 nights. This hotel truly knows how to take care of its guests.

The menu could use some improvement and the rooms could benefit from better maintenance. The electronic key cards also had some issues and needed to be replaced daily, which was frustrating.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. the location was central to attractions and the room size was exactly as advertised. One of the best aspects was that they had a small pool and spa/gym for guests to use.

The wifi signal was weak and I had trouble using my laptop in the room. the maid kept knocking on my door early in the morning which was very disruptive and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
