For the price we paid, we got great value with a comfortable room and an amazing location right in the center of the city. The staff at El Bedel were friendly, helpful, and even went out of their way to assist me in English when my Spanish fell short. Truly appreciated!

The morning meal could have been better with more variety and options for breakfast.

the El Bedel hotel perfectly embodies the old Spain aesthetic, with its noble-looking building and plenty of character. the staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout my stay. I had a spacious triple bed room that overlooked the lively main street filled with bars and restaurants. While it could get noisy at times due to the Spanish style of life, I found it to be a vibrant and exciting atmosphere. the location was also fantastic, being close to the center of town and offering plenty of options for dining and drinking.

The location was perfect, close to the university and lots of restaurants nearby. We were able to upgrade to a spacious deluxe suite with a beautiful view for a small fee. the staff were very helpful and friendly, offering suggestions and answering all of our questions.

The breakfast was sometimes cold and the toiletries were minimal. Getting around by car was a bit difficult due to roadworks.

The hotel was perfectly situated in the historic heart of Alcala de Henares, right next to the university. We enjoyed staying on a beautiful square with easy access to the town's main features and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and big bathroom. The staff provided friendly and attentive service, and the breakfast had a good selection of food.

The hotel can be noisy at night due to noise from the street or other guests talking loudly in the corridors.

This hotel is absolute value for money! It's located right in the heart of the city, on a pretty square, surrounded by Alcala's historic university buildings. The rooms offer a great view over plaza Cervantes and are nicely cleaned. The bathrooms are spacious and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and provides top-notch service. Oh, and the breakfast.simply delicious!
