The price was lucky, very cheap. The main pool was being renovated. Plenty of things to do. Lots of restaurants and bars, reasonably priced. Pools clean, two water slides. Enjoyed playing tennis and using other facilities. Excellent service and phenomenal staff.

During my stay at a beach resort in Santa Marta, I had a fantastic pre-arrival experience. I emailed the hotel to discuss room upgrades and early arrival, and they were very responsive, arranging everything to my satisfaction.

Although there were only a few restaurants close to the hotel, taking a taxi to Rodedero and Santa Marta was both affordable and easily accessible. The hotel's location provided a peaceful and relaxing beach vacation experience.

The staff were fantastic, especially Luis at the bar and Danna and Yulianna at breakfast. The entertainment team was full of energy and creativity, with great dancers like Josue. There were plenty of activities for kids, and we even won some prizes. The pools designed for children were a hit, and the breakfast was delicious.

I had a fantastic stay at a beachfront resort in Santa Marta. The resort was clean and the service was outstanding. I enjoyed the numerous swimming pools and the delicious food at the hotel restaurant. There were also plenty of activities to keep me entertained, like volleyball and dancing lessons. The resort's location on the beach was perfect, and I could watch the sunset from my balcony every evening. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
