The beautiful beach just steps away from our hut, along with the opportunity to go snorkeling and use the SUP and bikes, made the experience even more enjoyable. Matthias' lagoon trip was definitely a highlight of our stay, where we got to learn about the original birds and vegetation on the motus. the hut itself was simple yet nicely surrounded, providing a relaxing and budget-friendly accommodation option. we felt 100% relaxed and had a wonderful time.

We got great value for our money at Matriki Beach Huts. The room had a simple yet wonderful design and all the necessary facilities. The location right on the beach was more than we could have hoped for, with crystal clear lagoon waters just steps away. The staff, Erica and Byron, were incredibly friendly, approachable, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even took us on a lagoon tour and organised tours for us. The communal BBQ was a fantastic addition, and having motorbikes available onsite made exploring the island a breeze.

The breakfast menu could benefit from some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.

I had an amazing time at the beach huts. the peacefulness and small community of fellow travelers made for a great experience. the huts themselves were cozy and well-maintained, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the beachfront location was stunning, with beautiful sunsets and plenty of recliner chairs to relax on. I especially enjoyed the lagoon cruise, where we got to snorkel and learn about the local wildlife and vegetation. Matthias, our guide, made the trip even more enjoyable. Plus, the free bikes provided gave us the opportunity to explore the nearby town and the rest of the island. it was a memorable stay.

We had everything we needed with beachfront access. Loved the outdoor shower, kitchen facilities, fan, mosquito net, filtered water. Free paddle board hire, comfy lounge chairs, hammocks, and scooter rental available. Communication was fantastic!

My stay at Matriki Beach Huts was exceptional. The location, right on the beach, was absolutely perfect. I loved being able to step out of my hut and have direct access to the crystal clear lagoon for snorkeling. The owners, Lisa and Paul, were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering day trips to explore the surrounding islands and enjoy snorkeling adventures. The highlight of my trip was the amazing BBQ on one of the day trips. I can't recommend this place enough, and if I have the opportunity to visit again, Matriki Beach Huts will be my top choice.

For the value we paid, we got an amazing beachfront hut with a lovely little balcony where we could watch the sunsets. The location was perfect, right on a beautiful part of the lagoon full of marine life. The staff, Riki and Mathias, were fantastic hosts, always ready to help and share their local knowledge.

We had an incredible stay at Matriki Beach Huts! the beach hut was right on the beach, with a lovely little balcony to enjoy the stunning views. the location was perfect for snorkeling, with a variety of tropical fish to see right from the beach. the hosts, Byron and Erica, were extremely helpful and arranged our airport pick-ups and a lagoon tour. the accommodation itself was basic but clean and had everything we needed, including a kitchenette. the outdoor shower was a nice touch.

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist wunderschön, umgeben von grünen Feldern und Bäumen, mitten im Spreewald. Unser Zimmer, ein DZ Premium, war geräumig und das Bad ebenfalls. Alles, was wir brauchten, war vorhanden. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine große Auswahl und war stets frisch. Der Wellnessbereich war top und wir genossen besonders den Außenpool. Insgesamt gab es eine Minigolfanlage und viel Natur zum Verweilen.

Unglücklicherweise kam es ab und zu zu W-LAN-Verbindungsabbrüchen während unseres Aufenthalts.
