The room was wonderful, especially the balcony view. the staff were really friendly. I'd DEFINITELY choose this place again. the room was even better than in photos!

the accommodations were meticulously maintained, and the location couldn't have been more perfect. We enjoyed the beautiful grounds, safe beach, and top-notch facilities. the food served at the resort was simply amazing and added to our overall experience. As someone who appreciates a good resort experience, I can confidently say that Pacific Resort is truly a gem in Rarotonga.

It would have been great to have a bigger room for our family, as the outdoor patio area wasn't the most inviting space for relaxation.

super clean grounds - a short walk to shops and night markets for yummy food. staff are pleasant, and kids club was a hit with my little ones. also, loved swimming with turtles off kayaks in the lagoon.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location is simply stunning, right on the beach overlooking the beautiful lagoon. The hotel is surrounded by lush tropical gardens, creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely designed, allowing us to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfasts were delicious and provided a great start to our day. We also appreciated the free use of beach and water equipment, which kept our girls entertained for hours.

The resort's location in Muri lagoon allows for a breathtaking view of the beach and crystal-clear water, perfect for snorkeling and water activities. it is conveniently situated close to food markets and offers stunning views of the restaurant across the lagoon. The spacious and clean rooms, along with the well-maintained tropical gardens, provide a relaxing environment for families. The breakfast served on the beach is a delightful treat, and the friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

There were some minor inconveniences reported by previous guests regarding the morning staff's lack of attentiveness and occasional delays in service.

The resort is situated in a perfect spot, right beside the crystal clear lagoon. the water was calm which was great for children to swim and play in. We enjoyed the variety of water sports available, particularly using their kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. the staff were all so friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We especially liked the evening entertainment which provided a great atmosphere.

Although the resort was beautiful and well-maintained, the weather was unpredictable which is beyond their control. There were a few moments where we were unable to enjoy outdoor activities due to the rain.

The restaurant, located right on the beach, offered exceptional food and the staff made sure everyone had a great time. The resort's beautiful lagoon and friendly atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a romantic and fun-filled getaway.
