As a business traveler, my brief stay at Trios was delightful. the location was ideal, with easy access to shopping and dining options. the staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist. the cleanliness of the room and hotel was impressive, and the quick room service was a plus. the efficient AC made for a comfortable stay, and the complimentary breakfast offerings for children were a thoughtful touch.

The only good thing about this place is it was easy to travel from this place to other places, especially if you want to go to Fort Kochi, as the Ernakulam boat jetty is very near. the hotel's central location near MG Road is convenient for shopping and exploring the city. the room service was efficient, and the staff was hospitable. cleanliness issues and a lack of responsiveness to power problems were disappointing. the hotel's proximity to landmarks like Salem Marthoma Church, Mangalavanam Bird Sanctuary, and Center Square Mall was a bonus for family outings and leisure. My family appreciated the easy access to these attractions, enhancing our bonding time.

We were especially grateful for the night duty staff, who went above and beyond to assist us with any issues we encountered. Our romantic escape was slightly ruined due to some negative aspects. the pillows were too big, bulky and hard, which made sleeping difficult.
