As young people, we loved the location of the hotel on the outskirts of town. It was away from the hustle and bustle but still a short drive away. The cottages near reception were quiet and private. The buffet breakfast was great, especially the pancakes. The staff at the restaurant were lovely. We enjoyed the night tour and saw lots of frogs and even a couple of snakes. The hotel also had feeders with fruit to attract birds, which was a nice touch. The hot shower and laundry service were also great amenities.

I had an incredible stay at this eco lodge. The location and grounds were stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature. My private bungalow had a personal parking space right in front, and despite there being other bungalows on site, each one was positioned to feel secluded and private. The 50% discount on the night frog tour was fantastic, and I highly recommend it even if you decide not to stay here. The breakfast choices were great, and I enjoyed watching the birds coming to feed on the feeders. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time at Arenal Ecolodge! Luis, our guide, made our wildlife tours unforgettable, spotting incredible animals and helping us take incredible photos. The lodge's rustic charm and minimal ecological impact were exactly what we were looking for. The 2-bedroom suite was perfect for our family and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals, including traditional breakfast with pineapple smoothies. The staff went above and beyond, even preparing food for our early morning departure. We also loved watching the troop of howler monkeys that visited the property. Highly recommended for nature lovers!

We stayed at this amazing lodge for a week to explore the stunning wildlife of La Fortuna. The lodge offered comfortable and cozy rooms, with a forest-facing window that made us feel like we were sleeping in the midst of nature. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel's own frog tour at night was a highlight of our trip. The restaurant provided a wonderful dining experience, and we were able to spot various birds while enjoying our meals. a fantastic stay that we highly recommend!

The lodges are amazing. Birds feed close to the breakfast area. Staff help view wildlife from Sloths to tree frogs and coatis. Hummingbird garden on site is fabulous. Lodge destination is magical, with friendly and informative staff. Rustic bungalow amid the forest perfect for relaxation. Jungle hut had a sloth right outside, thanks to helpful employee. Wonderful location for bird watchers and wildlife lovers. Lovely, clean and comfortable cabins. Peaceful sleep with sounds of the forest. Friendly staff provide excellent dining experience. A memorable and enjoyable stay.

Loved the secluded cabins nestled in the jungle, providing a romantic getaway. The sound of wildlife at night was enchanting. The on-site nature trails were a great way to explore and spot various animals. Also, the friendly staff made us feel welcome and provided helpful information about nearby attractions.

There was no air conditioning in the room, which made it quite uncomfortable during the hot nights. The lack of proper airflow through the windows didn't help either.
