The service is also wonderful, with room service, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance available. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities you could need, including a safe, mini-bar, and tea/coffee facilities. The staff, especially the receptionists, are friendly and welcoming.

During my Xmas vacation, the hotel offered complimentary hot chocolate and cookies which was a nice touch. the hotel was conveniently located near a multitude of restaurants and popular tourist attractions, making it easy to get around. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

the breakfast was too expensive for what it was. Lastly, parking was a bit of a pain, which took away from the overall experience.
