The hotel is in a great location, right beside the ferry port, making it easy to reach from the ferry. There are also a few more bars nearby for convenience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The leisure facilities, including the pool, hot tub, and sauna, are a great addition to the hotel. There is also a beautiful beach at Calgary and easy access to Iona & Staffa.

Some aspects of cleanliness, such as the linen and bathroom, could be improved upon.

loved my recent stay in craignure, isle of mull. isle of mull hotel and spa exceeded my expectations in every way. the room was amazing, with great interior design and little nice touches. staff were super friendly and the breakfast was extensive and delicious. the close proximity to the ferry terminal was a bonus too.

Our Easter stay was quite enjoyable. We appreciated the lovely views of the water and the easy access to the beach, which was dog-friendly. the spacious room had a large, high-quality TV and a modern bathroom with a silent extractor fan. Two complementary facts offered added to our comfort.

One of the worst aspects was the pressure we felt when we arrived at the restaurant and were approached multiple times by staff demanding our order. During our first night, we went to the pool but were made uncomfortable by being stared at due to our ethnicity.

Despite the challenges of short staff, they worked exceptionally hard. The spa treatments were excellent, and we had a great experience exploring the wilderness. The view from this hotel is simply breathtaking. We celebrated my 70th birthday here with my family, and we all loved it. The food was also very good, with a variety of options for breakfast and dinner.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant exceeded my expectations, serving delicious local food at affordable prices. Additionally, the hotel has a clean pool area and a well-stocked bar with a selection of local drinks. For electric vehicle owners, there are even two chargepoints available at the hotel.

The staff were super helpful and went above-and-beyond to give great service.

The restaurant manager did not show any hospitality considering this is meant to be a 4-star establishment. Nevertheless, we would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends as it offers an extraordinary experience.
