No WiFi in the rooms, which was inconvenient. Some of the reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful.

I was delighted to receive a free room upgrade upon check-in at this lovely hot springs resort. The thermal pools were a highlight of my stay and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. Although the location is somewhat remote, the views were stunning and provided a serene and restful environment. I highly recommend this resort.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! the location was perfect, nestled in a sloping garden with a beautiful view of the volcano from the rocking chairs on the veranda. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with 2 queen size beds and a great view of the volcano. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The breakfast, with its stunning views of the volcano, was delicious, especially the great orange juice and the new offerings they had included.

The staff at the hotel seemed to lack knowledge and were not very helpful in providing information or assistance. the cabins at the hotel were double, with thin walls that allowed noise to easily pass through.

As young holiday goers, we loved the spectacular views of the volcano from every room. The hot spring facilities were authentic and enjoyable. The villa with the jacuzzi tub was a highlight, as well as the wet bar with the DJ at night. The staff was friendly and the option for room service was convenient. The location was perfect for exploring Arenal Volcano and other attractions.
