The breakfast at the Knot Tokyo Shinjuku was fantastic. There were so many options to choose from and the staff was incredibly friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive as well, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The view from my room overlooking the park was an added bonus.

While the noise from other rooms was a bit bothersome at times, it didn't detract too much from the overall experience. Additionally, the cleaning schedule of every four days was a little inconvenient, as I prefer not to have to clean up during my stay.

As a bonus for cycling enthusiasts, the hotel offers bikes for rent, allowing you to explore the area at your leisure. The location of the hotel is perfect, being close to the metro station which allows easy access to various sightseeing spots. It's also conveniently situated near Shinjuku station, right next to a beautiful park, providing a serene atmosphere. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The friendly and professional staff provide excellent service, making the stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast at Morethan bakery offers a wide variety of delicious options, accompanied by amazing cappuccino from the bar.

One aspect that could be improved is the size of the rooms, which are quite small and tiny.

This place is located in a peaceful district surrounded by tall buildings and close to a beautiful park. The service was excellent, housekeeping was good, and I appreciated the in-room safe, air conditioning, and mini-bar. The staff accommodated my needs even by providing a mattress topper when requested. I also enjoyed the dining restaurant and bar/lounge area.

I expected customer service to be better as they were unwilling to help us with most of our questions. However, I recommend this venue to everyone since the leisure facilities like the jacuzzi and free wi-fi in the rooms were excellent.

The rooms were very clean and the staff did a great job of daily cleaning. The location was excellent, close to a park and government building, and not too far from the bustling area. Plus, the bar downstairs was fantastic, offering great coffee and delicious food and cocktails at night. The common area was a great place to work and relax with music playing in the background.

The rooms were quite small and lacked storage space, making it difficult to keep our suitcases out of the way. our room faced the street, so there was some noise, although we eventually got used to it.
