We had a great time at Casa Canitas during our stay in Monteverde. The house had ample space, a big kitchen, and even facecloths! The views from the kitchen and living/dining areas were stunning, and we enjoyed meeting Don Herman, the property caretaker. He gave us a tour of the property and introduced us to the local wildlife, including sloths, armadillos, and aguti. We also got to enjoy fresh eggs from the hens on the farm. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff at the main business reception in town were friendly and helpful. a lovely place at a decent price.

This holiday home was a gem! The mountain views were absolutely breathtaking, and I loved having my own barbecue. The fully-equipped kitchen made me feel like a master chef, and the free parking was a bonus.

Oh, and let's not forget the delightful sound of roosters crowing at the crack of dawn! Perfect alarm clocks for heavy sleepers like me.

We had an amazing stay at this spacious, clean, and well-furnished house. The views and landscape were breathtaking, and it was the perfect balance of being close to town yet far enough away to enjoy peace and tranquility. The fully stocked kitchen and the fresh eggs brought by Herman, the groundskeeper, made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved exploring the property and spotting wildlife. If we ever visit again, we will definitely choose this house. Perfect for a family or couples.
