Stayed at a great place called Coco Village. the staff, facilities, and location were all wonderful. the design and layout of our room was very nice. I particularly appreciated the spaciousness of the apartment, with two rooms featuring king-size beds and two bathrooms. the kitchen was well-equipped and the balcony was a lovely addition. the washer and dryer were a definite plus. the pool exceeded our expectations in size and was a great spot to relax. the staff were also very helpful and willing to assist us.

We had a blast chilling at the Beach Club at Coco Tulum Hotel, it was just 15 minutes away and the vibe was so cool. The music was pumping, the drinks were flowing, and the beach was like paradise. We danced, swam, and made some amazing memories!

If there's one thing I'd change, it would be to have more late-night party options. We're young, party-loving teenagers and we wished there were more nearby clubs or events to keep the fun going.

Beautiful property with a jaw-dropping pool and clean, spacious apartments. Loved having access to the sister property's beach. Secure and peaceful. It would be even better with a shuttle or bikes.

We had a fantastic stay at Coco Village for two weeks. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, and the location was perfect. The spacious apartment had stunning views from the balcony and felt cozy and quiet despite being close to the main rooms. The grounds were well cared for and the water delivery was a nice touch. We also loved the proximity to Tulum's main street with its great restaurants. It was the ideal base for exploring nature reserves and historic ruins in the area.

The apartments were spacious and beautifully furnished, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist us with any requests or concerns. We especially appreciated the excellent location, which allowed easy access to the beach and other key attractions in the area. It made our Christmas vacation even more enjoyable.

there were some maintenance issues, such as the lack of hot water for several days and occasional electricity outages. these issues impacted our experience and make it difficult to recommend this property to others.

We decided to stay in the outskirts of the city, away from the bustling Tulum Center. It was a great choice as we were able to enjoy the tranquility and peacefulness of the location. The hotel was conveniently close to all amenities and Coco beach, making it easy for us to explore the area. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the lagoon. The bathroom was clean and had good showers, adding to our comfortable stay.

The loud noise from the nearby clubs, which sometimes disturbed our sleep.

The off-site car park and 24-hour security provided peace of mind. The flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi were appreciated amenities. The VIP check-in/out service made us feel like valued guests. The sun loungers by the outdoor swimming pool were perfect for relaxing. our stay was jaw-droppingly amazing and I highly recommend this place for a memorable vacation.
