We had a wonderful stay at the lodge. the grounds were lovely and our room was quiet, clean, and had a comfortable king bed. We enjoyed plenty of hot water and good towels. the happy hour in the bar was a great way to socialize and catch the sunset. the staff at the restaurant were excellent and the breakfast options included fresh fruit, granola, toast, and eggs. the on-site activities such as the zip line, night walk, and nature trails were a lot of fun.

the staff at Cloud Forest Lodge By Boena were friendly and helpful, and the location was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed exploring the trails onsite and witnessing the fantastic wildlife, including beautiful hummingbirds on the terrace. the well-maintained grounds and gardens added to the charm of the place. there were great tour options available locally, and having a car was beneficial as the lodge is situated slightly outside the main town. Zip lining and night tours were also conveniently available onsite.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff at the reception, especially Wilberth, were incredibly helpful and organized all our tours for us. The onsite activities, like the night hike and canopy tour, were amazing. The hotel facilities were clean and spacious, including the rooms and the main hall with the restaurant. The breakfast was delicious and the views from the restaurant were breathtaking. We can't wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay! The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful, with lovely forest trails and great views from the restaurant. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff even checked us in early! They also helped with booking activities and transportation. Nothing negative to say.

We had a great stay at Cloud Forest Lodge. the breakfast was delicious and the service was exceptional. We enjoyed hiking on the beautiful grounds and the close proximity to the small downtown area was convenient. the view from the deck was absolutely amazing, and we even had a visit from a monkey. One thing that we really appreciated was receiving an email about an item we had left behind, allowing us to go back and retrieve it. the staff were friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the scenery was breathtaking.

During my stay, I was delighted to encounter wildlife such as coati and agouti with their families, as well as a multitude of hummingbirds. the highlight for me was the terrace bar, offering breathtaking sunset views. the hotel provided easy access to short jungle hikes where I had the opportunity to spot monkeys.

I had a fantastic stay at this well-maintained property surrounded by expansive grounds. the Cloud Forest Lodge By Boena offered lovely individual lodges and the opportunity to explore nature. One highlight was spotting a troupe of howler monkeys on the trails. the staff were friendly and attentive, and the made-to-order breakfast included in the stay was delicious.

Staff exceeded expectations, arranging transportation and helping with passport return. Delicious restaurant with impeccable wait staff. Secluded mountain location with enjoyable trails for bird watching. Beautiful sunset and hummingbird sightings.

The Cloud Forest Lodge offers clean, spacious rooms and a well-ventilated main hall. The restaurant serves large portions of delicious breakfast with fresh fruits. The location is central and convenient for exploring Monte Verde, with a $5 taxi ride into town. Families with children will appreciate the generous and accommodating staff, as well as the forest trails and opportunities to spot wildlife on the property.

The food at the restaurant was not up to par, and some guests ended up going into town for other meals.

Our stay at this lodge was worth every penny. The room was spacious and had ample storage for our belongings. The location at the top of the mountain provided breathtaking views and allowed us to spot plenty of wildlife from our veranda. The staff treated us with warmth and hospitality, making us feel right at home.

Hotel breakfast could use some improvement, particularly in terms of variety and options available.
