I cannot express enough how amazing my stay was here. The location, nestled in the middle of the rainforest, was absolutely beautiful and gave me the opportunity to truly connect with nature. The hotel facilities, including the comfortable rooms and relaxing jacuzzi, added to the overall experience. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel like family, always checking in and providing assistance whenever needed. The organic, local food served at the restaurant was delicious, and the free farm tour was a great way to learn more about the hotel and the surrounding area.

I had an absolutely amazing time at Finca Luna Nueva. The family bungalows were clean and comfortable, and the pool area was perfect for kids. The food in the restaurant was delicious and varied, and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The tours on the property were a great way to explore without having to leave. I had an incredible experience and highly recommend this place.

There were a few minor issues during my stay, such as the hammock breaking and my daughter getting hurt, but the staff didn't seem very concerned. Another small inconvenience was the lack of amenities in the rooms like lotion and bug spray, and the need for drinking water and refrigerators.
