The location is perfect, just a short walk to the markets and pub street, but still in a quiet area. The room was comfortable and clean, with a comfy bed and pillows. The staff were always polite, friendly, and ready to assist with any needs. The breakfast had a good variety of dishes, and the restaurant ambiance with live Khmer music was authentic. Additionally, the hotel provided transport to various stations upon request.

The set menu dinner could offer more options to cater to different tastes.

We were treated like royalty with excellent value for money. The included airport transfers, full breakfast, massage, lunch, and dinner were all fantastic. The Cambodian-style accommodation with modern technology was perfect. The staff were amazing.

From the moment we were greeted at the airport with cold towels and fresh coconut juice, to the delicious breakfast with a variety of options including fresh pancakes and eggs benedict, this hotel exceeded all expectations. The rooms were stunning with a comfortable bed and complimentary toiletries. The highlight, however, was the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were always friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

The service was outstanding. Staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The rooms were clean and beautifully presented. The hotel food was excellent, with delicious cocktails and a wide breakfast selection. The guided tours and spa services were seamless and enjoyable.

the staff at Golden Temple Retreat were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. the swimming pool and spa facilities were top-notch, and the food was delicious, with the option of room service. the room itself was well air-conditioned and had thoughtful touches that enhanced my overall experience. I would definitely choose to stay at this retreat again if I return to Cambodia.

We had an amazing time during our city break in this hotel. the staff were friendly and welcoming, offering us refreshing drinks and delicious snacks upon our arrival. the location was perfect, easily accessible with a complimentary shuttle. the food at the restaurant was incredible and we loved the complimentary spa treatment and Khmer meal.

Although most of the staff were fantastic, some during the daytime struggled with communicating in English which led to confusion with our order by the pool.

This hotel fulfilled all of my luxurious needs. From the exclusive amenities to the top-notch service, every aspect of my stay was exceptional. the Spa & wellness centre offered an array of treatments, but the full body massage with the professional masseuses was the highlight of my trip. the outdoor swimming pool was surrounded by a beautiful garden area and sun loungers, providing the perfect spot to unwind.

While this hotel was nearly flawless, I did encounter one minor issue. the entertainment at the restaurant was a bit lackluster compared to the exceptional live performances I experienced at other venues.
