The highlight was the delicious food served in the restaurant, especially the dinner by the fireplace. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience.

Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the Monteverde National Park, allowing for easy access to explore the breathtaking scenery and wildlife.

I did notice that the WiFi in the hotel was not available in the rooms, which was slightly inconvenient.

We had a wonderful stay at Fondavela in Monteverde! Our room was spacious and cozy, with the comfiest beds and bedding. The pool and hot tubs were a highlight, and surprisingly hot! The grounds were clean and well-maintained, and we even spotted some local wildlife. The staff was friendly and helpful, organizing tours and transportation for us. The restaurant had delicious food, and the breakfast was fantastic. The half-price happy hour drinks and stunning sunset views from the upper terrace were a plus. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff were friendly and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or issues we had. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, convenient location, and helpful staff.

Delicious breakfast with a fantastic pineapple. Breathtaking grounds with a pool, bar, and nature trail where we spotted an armadillo. Ideal location for exploring the cloud forest and hummingbird gallery.
