The staff were outstanding, always knowing our names and treating us like family. the views were breathtaking, both from the pool areas and the rooftop cocktail lounge. the complimentary shuttle service to various locations was very convenient. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with luxurious amenities. the on-site spa was a lovely bonus, with a complimentary massage included. We also enjoyed the guided nature walk in the hotel's reserve.

We had a fantastic stay at this small boutique hotel. The staff, from Ricardo the bellman to Andres the concierge, were incredibly attentive and made us feel so welcome. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the chef truly deserves all the praise. The hotel grounds were lush and green, and we loved relaxing by the multi-level pool with the convenient wet bar. The free shuttle to the beach and state park was a bonus. a highly recommended and cozy hotel.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel is located in a unique setting, nestled in the hills with breathtaking views of the tropical forest and beach. It felt like waking up in Jurassic Park, with macaws flying by and sloths in the trees. The room was beautiful and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They made an effort to learn my name and provided personalized service. The food at the hotel was also delicious and reasonably priced. it was a wonderful experience.

Our stay at Gaia Hotel & Reserve was worth every penny. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view from the rooftop bar and restaurant was breathtaking. The location was perfect - secluded enough to feel peaceful, but close enough to explore the nearby national park and beaches. The staff treated us like family, from the friendly greetings to the attentive service, making our stay truly memorable.

The morning meal could have been better if there were more options for the breakfast buffet. The fruit selection , with some fruits visibly rotting.

The hotel offered two complimentary drinks on arrival, which was a great way to start our New Year's vacation. the location was perfect - close to all the attractions and with beautiful views of nature. the hotel amenities were amazing, especially the pool and the spa services which made us feel relaxed.

The hotel lacked some information about the local area and the nearby activities that we could do. the restaurant menu didn't have many vegetarian options which made it difficult for us to find good food.
