The hotel lobby was attractive and welcoming, giving a nice first impression. The staff was polite and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The pool and gym were clean and inviting, and I enjoyed using them during my stay. The breakfast options were good, with a variety of choices to start the day. it felt like a top-notch hotel, similar to the Holiday Inn Express in Florida on the ocean, minus the ocean view.

The only complaint I had was that the TV in my room kept acting up and going static. I brought it up with the front desk, and they explained that it was due to the side of the building I was on.
