I had an incredible stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful throughout my entire visit, always ready to fulfill any request. the breakfast was delicious, and the bar was a beautifully appointed space with reading material and games for those rainy afternoons. the hotel's location is privileged, just 20 minutes away from the airport and the Seven Cities Lakes. the sea views and communal areas were relaxing, and the serene grounds added to the overall tranquility of the hotel. I highly recommend staying here if given the chance.

The quality of the dinner was superb, with great food and wine choices. The staff was accommodating and we really got to know them during our stay. The owners' investment in the business was evident, and their adorable golden retrievers kept us company. The elaborate and delicious breakfast was a highlight, especially with the neighborhood cat, 'zac', as our coffee companion. a fantastic experience.

our recent honeymoon trip to ginetes was absolutely amazing! sensi azores nature and spa exceeded our expectations in every way possible. the friendly, knowledgeable staff made us feel like family, the rooms were stunning with breathtaking views, and the food and cocktails were delicious.

The hotel offers exclusive amenities that create a luxurious experience. the friendly and knowledgeable staff made us feel at ease upon arriving. the spa and wellness centre is a must-visit, and the full-body massage was extremely relaxing. the infinity pool has breathtaking views and is perfect for watching the sunset. the sun terrace and garden area are ideal for lounging in the sun, and the private facilities make you feel like royalty. the outdoor dining area is a lovely touch, and the chefs create delicious dishes that cater to special diets.

The restaurant menu was limited, and we found ourselves eating the same thing due to the lack of options. the carpet in our room was not vacuumed for days, and some equipment was missing, like coffee sticks to accompany tea.
