The location of this hotel was fantastic - it was close to the beach and also within walking distance to the town. The surrounding area was beautiful, with lush plants and a serene atmosphere. One of the best aspects of this hotel was the breakfast - it was absolutely delicious and one of the best meals we had during our trip. The pool area was also very nice, and we enjoyed spending time there, especially with the lovely view of the garden.

The bed in our room was quite uncomfortable. We could feel the springs poking through, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

My partner and I recently stayed at the charming Hotel Encanto for a week-long getaway. The picturesque gardens, clean pool area, and refreshing pool were perfect for cooling down after our adventures. The delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, spotlessly clean room, and overall feeling of safety truly made our stay memorable. The owner, Alex, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time, providing tours and recommendations that added an extra touch to our vacation. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

The wildlife on the grounds was mind-blowing! Sloths, frogs, lizards, and more! The restaurant was super, with exceptional service from our waiter Conrad. The breakfast changed daily and was very good. The snorkel tour booked at the front desk was well worth it and affordable. The hike through Cahuita national park is a must. The location was good, just a short walk from Cahuita but away from the noise. The staff were warm, helpful, and had a good sense of humor. The owner, Alex, was the best, so friendly, helpful. this place is amazing, a small piece of paradise. Highly recommended!

The nearby black-sanded beach, Playa Negra, was absolutely breathtaking. We spent hours snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters and exploring the vibrant coral reefs teeming with marine life. It was like swimming in a real-life aquarium! The kids were fascinated by the colorful fish and the opportunity to see turtles up close. We highly recommend spending a day at Playa Negra for an unforgettable family adventure.

For dads, it would be great to have a designated children's play area within the hotel premises.
