The general areas were well-maintained and had comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cup of tea or coffee. The hotel was also easily accessible for senior people like myself, with ramps and handrails in place to assist with mobility.

I would have appreciated a wider variety of activities or entertainment options specifically catered towards senior guests.

Despite a small issue with the air conditioning, the staff promptly fixed it and offered us an alternative hotel nearby, although we opted to stay. The breakfast was served early, allowing us to fuel up before our tour to Corcovado. The room itself was spacious with a comfortable bed, and we loved the large sliding glass doors leading to the covered balcony. We appreciated the hot water in the shower and the convenience of the DIY coffee station in the lobby. we highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations.

I had a fantastic stay at a centrally located hotel in Drake Bay. the rooms were spacious, cozy, and air-conditioned. the staff, particularly Manuel, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the breakfasts were delicious, especially the banana pancakes. I also loved the outdoor shower and the balcony where I could watch the birds. it exceeded my expectations for a Drake Bay accommodation.

We had a fantastic time at Jacamar Hotel in Bahia Drake! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Emmanuel, who arranged transportation for us and took great care of our luggage while we went on our Corcovado overnight tour. the hotel is centrally located in the village and surrounded by beautiful nature. We loved watching birds from our balcony and the breakfast was delicious, with the option to have it served early. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with excellent beds. We felt safe and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Jacamar Corcovado for a week and it was our favorite hotel in Costa Rica! The beautifully decorated and modern room with a big balcony was perfect for birdwatching. The staff were incredibly helpful, organizing tours, breakfasts, and transportation. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Plus, the room was clean, comfortable, and had powerful AC. Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even offering us a stay at another hotel while our air conditioning was being fixed.

Although the breakfast portions were a bit small for the price, the delicious food made up for it. We also thought that having a microwave in the common area would have been convenient.
